TRAINING & PLACEMENT

Training & Placement (T&P) cell of SIIT bridge the gap of students and industry. T&P cell trains the students for campus placement by improving their technical skills and personality. SIIT has tied up with various industries, these industries conducted seminar and workshops for the students. During the third year of B.tech program students have a vocational training in the industry environment So that students get familiar with the company environment.

Engineer Development Programme
The Training and Placement Cell organizes a number of technical and non technical programs for the students of all semesters. These programs help in improving personality and mental ability of students. SIIT T&P Cell motivates and prepare students for interviews at prospective workplaces. Careful and systematic preparation is initiated and sustained through Mock Aptitude Tests, Psychometric Tests, Group Discussions and Personality Development.
Students have to undergo summer training as per their curriculum and the TPO cell helps them by arranging it in reputed industries. The students undergo their training at various prestigious organizations such as Delhi Metro Rail Corporation
