Thakur Prasad Singh College (TPC), Patna was established in 1980. Its affiliated to Magadh University, Bodh- Gaya. It all started late fifties, as the great visionary Tejwanti Kunwar envisioned a dream. Her vision to establish “ Temple of learning” with the sole aim of providing quality education to residents in and around this background non – descript area of Patliputra managed by herself. Thus was born Thakur Prasad Singh College in the year of 1960 and got constitution in 1977 named by today is our ultimate inspirations Thakur Prasad Singh. Under the dynamic leadership of Principal Prof. (Dr.) Baban Singh, this institution has taken the education to the masses and has wide spread network of various disciplines. These Results overall was 90%, maxium students passed in distinction. The success is still more noteworthy as it has been consistently maintained by various successive batches.
