The institution operates on the basis of the License of the Agency for Supervision in Education and Science under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan T-IF № 0000001 dated 03.08.2020, № 02, as well as on the basis of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Education”, The Health Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Model Regulations of Higher Education Institutions in the Republic of Tajikistan and other sectorial Regulations. The institution has passed the state certification and issues a state Diploma.

In the context of economic reforms, market relations, graduates of the Institute on the basis of higher professional training should be able to compete in both the national and international labor markets.

From the first days of its activity, Medical – Social Institute of Tajikistan has set such goals and objectives, and these goals are adopted with the approval of the society of our Republic. This is evidenced by the positive responses to the Institute in the press, radio and television, as well as students who are admitted to the Institute through competition, most of whom graduated with a special certificate (gold, silver) or medical College with honors.

 Institute is developing proportionally. The professional qualification standard developed by him fully complies with the state standard and, at the same time, have a number of features: it strengthens the integration links between disciplines to minimize repetition and improve the presentation of knowledge.

The strategic direction of the Institute is to improve the quality of graduates with deep fundamental knowledge and practical skills in the field of theoretical and clinical medicine.

Other measures are planned to improve the quality of training of graduates. This enhancement and optimization of education through the active introduction of forms, methods and technical means of teaching in the teaching process, including computer science and computer technology with constant thematic computer control; Involvement of highly qualified medical specialists, highly qualified teachers, prominent scientists, including scientists of the Republic of Tajikistan in pedagogical work in accordance with the contract.

Non-governmental educational institution “Medical – Social Institute of Tajikistan” is the first non-governmental educational institution of higher medical education, which has a modern educational building with a private clinic and laboratories, on the basis of which there are 3 faculties: medical, dental and pharmaceutical. The pedagogical and personnel potential of the Institute is very intellectual and has a higher education. The Institute employs 158 staff and teachers: 1 academician and corresponding member of the Academy of Medical Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan, 3 doctors of sciences, professors, 3 associate professors and 23 candidates of medical sciences, honored doctors of the Republic of Tajikistan, honored scientists, laureates of state awards and operate internationally.

Computer technologies are widely used in the educational process of the institute: the use of multimedia technology, a high level of visual lectures, as well as the creation of visual programs to monitor the knowledge and self-study of students promote learning.
